In retrospect my house was a maintenance nightmare and Robin handled all the emergencies and repairs quickly and fairly. She did an excellent job picking out the wood flooring for a remodel and found good contractors to do major and minor work on the house. She went above and beyond to help my renters find temporary housing for a week when I needed to use my house for personal reasons.
